Sept 2002-June 2017  Co-Pastor, Providence Presbyterian Church, Providence, Rhode Island
Helped the church grow into diverse intercultural community.  Encouraged and engaged intergenerational interaction including strong college fellowship ministry and many young families.  Particularly brought pastoral care, community mission connections, and social justice involvements.
 
March 1998-July 2001  Assistant Minister, First Congregational Church, Fall River with primary responsibilities in Christian Education and youth ministries in an urban context.  Started youth interfaith basketball league.
 
March 1989-August 1997 
Associate Pastor for Pastoral Care and Mission Outreach, First Presbyterian Church, West Chester, Pennsylvania. 
Oversaw pastoral care ministry with all ages and coordinated church caregiving ministries of 100 people in various capacities, including maintenance of pastoral care data base and coordination of care. 
Managed mission program of the church with budget of $350,000+ and congregational involvement in 26 different local organizations.  Orchestrated outreach strategic planning and communications.
